Key Responsibilities- Deliver expert technical guidance to assigned partners, ensuring they maximize their investment in N-able's offerings.
- Oversee customer requirements and provide technical support throughout their journey.
- Conduct account evaluations and Q&A sessions to highlight N-able's strengths and capabilities.
- Perform competitive assessments and market research to identify competitor advantages.
- Collaborate with partners to evaluate and address technical needs, enhancing feature utilization and adoption.
- Provide best practices for design and configuration when implementing N-able Disaster Recovery solutions.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve issues in collaboration with our champions.
- Facilitate product training for both partners and support teams.
- Assist partners with product migrations and standardizations, including API integrations.
- Prior experience in a technical capacity.
- Familiarity with Backup and Disaster Recovery tools and processes.
- Experience in supporting backup solutions.
- Knowledge of continuity planning.
- Understanding of virtualization and operating systems, as well as cloud or on-premises backup tools.
- Previous experience working with or for a Managed Service Provider (MSP).
- Ability to effectively communicate product messaging and value through technical demonstrations and training.
- Strong skills in communication, presentation, and client management.
- Proven planning, organization, and implementation skills to ensure project completion by deadlines.
- Adaptability to thrive in a rapidly growing environment, demonstrating autonomy.
- Willingness to travel up to 5-10% when safe to do so.
