About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Business Analyst to join our team at fusionSpan. As a Senior Business Analyst, you will play a critical role in leading business analysis consulting services for enterprise projects spanning multiple phases and multiple platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Business Analysis: Provide expert-level business analysis consulting services to identify and document business requirements for complex enterprise projects.
- Solution Crafting: Work with development team members to craft innovative and potentially complex solutions to address functional gaps and meet business needs.
- Mentorship: Serve as a mentor and advisor to junior team members, providing guidance and support to help them grow in their careers.
- Communication: Coordinate and communicate effectively with external client resources, project managers, and development teams to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Process Improvement: Maintain project methodologies and procedures for projects, platforms, features, teams, divisions, and relevant company-wide processes.
- Data Analysis: Understand data requirements and coordinate with data analysts for any data needs.
- Project Management: Work in tandem with project managers and development teams to ensure on-time, on-budget work products.
Requirements:
- Experience: At least 3+ years of business analysis experience with a consulting or professional services firm (or other large enterprises).
- Business Analysis Experience: At least 3+ years of business analysis experience for technology or technology services implementation projects.
- Leadership Experience: At least 2 years of independently leading business requirements gathering and analysis of implementation projects for related technologies.
- Solution Crafting Experience: Demonstrated successful solution crafting.
- Technology Experience: Salesforce implementation or administration experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Industry Experience: 1+ years of business analysis experience working in the non-profit or association industry.
- AMS or CRM Experience: Other experience on AMS or CRM such as NetForum, Personify, Aptify, Impexium, MS Dynamics, etc.
- Salesforce Experience: Experience administering or heavily using Fonteva, Nimble AMS or other Salesforce solutions for non-profit organizations.
- Finance and Accounting Experience: Finance and accounting or implementation of technology platforms for these.
