Position Overview: Landscaping Supervisor

Stones Edge Landscaping Inc. is seeking a dedicated Landscaping Supervisor to oversee our landscaping operations. This role is essential for ensuring the quality and efficiency of our landscaping projects.

  • Education: No formal education required, but relevant experience is essential.
  • Experience: A minimum of 1 to 2 years in a supervisory role within the landscaping industry.
  • Work Environment: This position involves working outdoors in various weather conditions.
  • Work Setting: The supervisor will operate in a landscape contracting environment across multiple locations.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Recruit, manage, and schedule team members effectively.
  • Coordinate the planting and maintenance of trees, gardens, and lawns.
  • Establish work schedules and ensure timely completion of tasks.
  • Direct and oversee grounds maintenance activities.
  • Plan and supervise landscape construction projects.
  • Provide training and development for staff members.
  • Create and implement maintenance standards, schedules, and programs.
  • Manage snow maintenance operations, including snowmaking and removal activities.
