Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Landscaping Supervisor to join our team at Stones Edge Landscaping Inc. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our landscaping services, ensuring high-quality work and exceptional customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Hire, supervise, and schedule staff to ensure efficient project completion.
  • Organize and plan the planting of trees, gardens, and lawns, adhering to our company's standards.
  • Schedule and coordinate work to meet client deadlines and expectations.
  • Plan, direct, and supervise grounds maintenance, including snow removal operations.
  • Train staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Develop and implement maintenance standards, schedules, and programs to ensure our services meet the highest standards.
Requirements
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in landscaping or a related field.
  • Permanent employment with a 40-hour workweek.
  • Fluency in English as the primary language of communication.
Work Environment

Our team works outdoors in various locations, including landscape contractor sites, and is exposed to all weather conditions.
