Job Summary

Ontario Soccer is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to support the implementation of Long-Term Player Development (LTPD) in Ontario. The successful candidate will work closely with the Coordinator, Coach Development to support all relevant Canada Soccer and Ontario Soccer programming.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the implementation of LTPD in Ontario, with a focus on coaching development and programming.
  • Work closely with the Coordinator, Coach Development to manage all coach and contractor data entry into the NCCP Locker, SmarterU, Coach Centre, and the Learning Management System.
  • Assist in the rebrand and update of all Grassroots resources on the Ontario Soccer website.
  • Engage with Ontario Soccer staff to implement programming aligned with Grassroots Standards.
  • Support the Manager, Player & Coach Development with stakeholder and subject matter expert engagement initiatives.
  • Assist in inventory and management of equipment.
Requirements
  • Any Canada Soccer, or foreign coaching certification is an asset but not required.
  • Experience in sports administration or a related field is an asset.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Highly detail-oriented with analytical strengths and effective time management skills.
  • A demonstrated proficiency in the use of common technology and computer platforms (i.e. Microsoft Office Suite).
  • Self-starter with the ability to work alone and as part of a team.
