Job Title: Marketing Coordinator

Norseman Construction & Development Ltd. is seeking a highly skilled Marketing Coordinator to join our team. As a Marketing Coordinator, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote our company's products and services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop communication strategies to engage with our target audience
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and programs
  • Implement marketing strategies and programs to achieve business objectives
  • Oversee the preparation of public written materials, including reports, briefs, and website content
  • Prepare written materials, such as reports, research papers, and educational texts
  • Publicize activities, workshops, meetings, and other events for fundraising or information purposes
  • Perform administrative tasks, including data entry and record-keeping
  • Respond to enquiries from members of the business community concerning development opportunities
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • 1-2 years of experience in marketing or a related field
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop and Illustrator
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with digital marketing tools, such as Google Analytics and social media management software
  • Knowledge of project management principles and practices
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
