We are looking for a committed Vehicle Program Administrator to manage the operations of our Associate Vehicle Program and Company Car Program.

This position provides a chance to thrive in a vibrant workplace where meticulousness and clear communication are highly regarded.

Work hours are full-time, from Tuesday to Saturday.

Applicants must present a clean driver's abstract and undergo a criminal record check.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Oversee the administration and implementation of the Associate Vehicle Program and Company Car Program.
  2. Respond promptly to email inquiries regarding the vehicle program and company cars.
  3. Receive and evaluate new vehicles, ensuring precise inventory documentation.
  4. Schedule appointments for vehicle management and guarantee the completion of required paperwork.
  5. Assess and record vehicle conditions upon return, managing licensing for program vehicles.
  6. Provide accurate inventory information to Customer Representatives and carry out other assigned tasks.
Additional/Backup Duties:
  1. Coordinate daily vehicle releases and prepare loads for product distribution.
  2. Oversee inventory, address billing discrepancies, and assist with administrative tasks as necessary.
  3. Monitor rail-car supply and distribution, generate reports, and resolve system issues.
Minimum Requirements:
  1. High school diploma.
  2. Competence in office procedures and software, particularly Microsoft Excel and Word.
  3. Excellent communication and organizational abilities, with the capacity to perform well under pressure.
  4. Valid driver's license with a clean record and a keen attention to detail.
Working Conditions:

This role entails both indoor and outdoor tasks, with exposure to various weather conditions.
