We are seeking a highly skilled Inventory Control Specialist to join our team at Molson Coors. As a key member of our supply chain team, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely inventory transactions in our brewery warehouse and third-party warehouses.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct regular inventory audits and cycle counts to ensure inventory control practices are followed.
  • Analyze inventory levels and identify opportunities to minimize finished goods losses.
  • Collaborate with warehouse teams and supply planning to develop and implement inventory control process improvements.
  • Lead physical inventory counts and ensure accurate inventory records.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with warehouse teams, supply planning, and other stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Inventory management knowledge and application of enterprise inventory control principles.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Leadership and management skills.
  • 3-5 years of experience in inventory management, preferably in the beverage industry.
