Job Summary

The Leasing Administrative Assistant plays a vital role in the management and rental operations of residential properties. Reporting to the Property Manager, this position performs administrative duties and coordinates activities to ensure seamless operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service to prospective and existing residents, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
  • Prepare and process leasing applications, contracts, and other documents.
  • Conduct credit, reference, and employment checks for resident applications.
  • Maintain positive resident relations, ensuring prompt responses to service requests and issues.
  • Compile research data on rental markets to inform business decisions.

Requirements

  • One year of experience in office administration, sales, apartment rental, or a related field.
  • Strong administrative and organizational skills, with excellent oral communication skills.
  • Good computer skills and proficiency in sending emails.
  • Bilingual in French and English, with a positive attitude towards training and learning.
