Patient Record Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Data Entry Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining patient records in our CRM system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
Key Responsibilities- Enter and update patient data in our CRM system, ensuring accuracy and completeness
- Perform administrative tasks critical to the progression of patients through our program
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy
- Act as a liaison between team members, providing support and assistance as needed
- Handle incoming and outgoing faxes, ensuring timely and accurate processing
- Organize work schedule to complement working hours in multiple time zones
- Label and attach documents to the CRM system
- Cover various shifts as needed
- Perform ad hoc duties as assigned
- Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar administrative or data entry role
- Experience with SalesForce or other CRM systems an asset
- Experience with faxing software an asset
- High School Diploma or Post-Secondary education preferred
- Technical vocational training or equivalent combination of experience and education
- 2 years of directly related experience
- Knowledge of medical terminology an asset
- Ability to work autonomously and provide support to team members as needed
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Effective interpersonal and leadership skills
- Ability to consistently meet deadlines and prioritize tasks
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to resolve issues efficiently
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office and other software applications
- Ability to communicate effectively in English and French
