Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Project Manager to join our Buildings sector team at Associated Engineering. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing multiple projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budget and quality standards.
  • Develop and implement project plans, including resource allocation, scheduling, and risk management.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers, technicians, and support staff, to ensure project success.
  • Manage project budgets, including cost estimation, tracking, and reporting.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry standards.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of progressive experience in Civil Engineering, with a focus on the Buildings sector.
  • Experience in working on BC Ministry of Transportation and Infrastructure design & planning projects.
  • Experience in working on Alternative Delivery Projects: Public Private Partnerships, Owners Engineer, CM at Risk, and Design Build is an asset.
  • Registration with PMI and PMP designation are an asset.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects.
  • Proven project management and business development experience.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and time management skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Prior knowledge and experience with indigenous projects is considered an asset.
  • Ability to work within tight deadlines and schedules.

Salary Range

The salary range for this position is $85,280.00 to $135,200.00 and is commensurate with experience relative to this position.
