We're on the hunt for a talented Front Line Manager to join our team in Vancouver Metro. As a key player in our franchise's growth, you'll drive performance, develop talent, and increase profitability.

About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Dispatch and Operations: You'll oversee the routes for our Truck Team Members, ensuring exceptional service delivery to our customers.
  • Customer Service: You'll work closely with our team to provide top-notch service, increasing sales and leadership skills.
  • Sales: As our sales leader, you'll drive revenue growth by helping our team members sell our services to customers.
  • Finances: You'll assist in tracking key financial KPIs and operational tasks.
  • Sales Training: You'll lead interactive sales role plays, coaching on negotiation and sales processes.
What We're Looking For
  • A motivated leader who can drive results and maintain a positive culture.
  • Strong self-management and organization skills to balance workload and priorities.
  • An ability to coach and hold others accountable, leading by example.
  • Experience in sales leadership, preferably in a service-oriented company.
Qualifications
  • Undergraduate degree in business or a relevant field.
  • 1+ years of sales leadership experience.
