Job Title: Post Office Assistant

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Post Office Assistant. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, processing mail and packages, and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sell postal products and services to customers
  • Sort, distribute, and process mail and packages
  • Provide customers with information and forms
  • Address delivery and service difficulties to resolve problems thoroughly and quickly
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience in business administration or customer service
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and lift up to 50 pounds
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
