About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Farm Laborer at 0933073 BC LTD.

Key Responsibilities

Tasks and Responsibilities
  • Crop Management: Plant, cultivate, and irrigate crops, including blueberries.
  • Crop Maintenance: Fertilize and spray crops to ensure optimal growth and health.
  • Harvesting: Harvest crops at the right time to ensure quality and readiness for market.
  • Machinery Operation: Operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment.
  • Disease Detection: Detect disease and health problems in crops, livestock, and poultry.
  • Quality Control: Examine products for quality and readiness for market.
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities
  • Physical Demands: The successful candidate must be physically fit and able to stand for extended periods, bend, crouch, and kneel.
  • Attention to Detail: The ability to distinguish between colors and have good hand-eye coordination is essential.
  • Work Environment: The work environment is fast-paced, and the successful candidate must be able to work under pressure.
