About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Vice-President to join our team at Two Bee's Security Ltd. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a critical role in shaping the company's human resources strategy and ensuring the effective implementation of our organizational policies and programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive human resources strategies that align with the company's overall business objectives.
  • Leadership Development: Identify, select, and develop high-potential leaders who can drive business growth and success.
  • Employee Engagement: Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that promotes employee satisfaction, retention, and productivity.
  • Change Management: Lead and facilitate organizational change initiatives that drive business transformation and improvement.
  • Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards, and identify and mitigate potential risks to the organization.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: 3-5 years of experience in human resources leadership roles, preferably in a security or related industry.
  • Skills: Excellent communication, leadership, and strategic planning skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with employees, management, and external stakeholders.
