Fraser Health is seeking a Strategic Planning Leader to provide strategic and operational guidance and direction in developing and implementing the framework for organizational planning and reporting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development of organizational plans and reports, including Objectives and Key Results, Service Plan, Annual Service Plan Report, and progress reports.
  • Partner with clinical and corporate departments to develop annual and strategic plans that align with provincial and Fraser Health priorities.
  • Engage with corporate support partners to align data collection and reporting, risk management, and communication planning to executive planning needs and decisions.
  • Provide comprehensive analysis and reports to Executive and Ministry on corporate and provincial priorities.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Health, Business Administration, or related discipline.
  • Ten years' recent planning, evaluation, or strategic transformation experience.
  • Valid BC Driver's Licence and access to a vehicle for business-related purposes.
