About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Park Patrol/Maintenance Associate at Shady Acres Cottage & RV Resort in Keene, ON.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform minor maintenance duties, including cleaning, repairs, and equipment maintenance
  • Provide exceptional customer service and respond to customer inquiries and complaints
  • Monitor and control access to all facilities in the park
  • Patrol the property to ensure guidelines and property standards are being followed
  • Report any problems or safety hazards to the Resort Manager and/or authorities
Requirements
  • Previous experience in customer service, maintenance, or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Physical fitness and ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
