We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Park Patrol/Maintenance Associate at Shady Acres Cottage & RV Resort in Keene, ON.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform minor maintenance duties, including cleaning, repairs, and upkeep of resort infrastructure and equipment.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries and resolving complaints in a friendly and courteous manner.
  • Monitor and control access to all facilities, ensuring the safety and security of guests and staff.
  • Patrol the property to maintain high standards of cleanliness and property maintenance.
  • Assist with monitoring levels of supplies and communicating needs to the Resort Manager.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in customer service, maintenance, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Physical fitness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
