- Monitor and control access to all facilities, ensuring the safety and security of guests and staff.
- Patrol the property to maintain high standards of cleanliness and property maintenance.
- Assist with monitoring levels of supplies and communicating needs to the Resort Manager.
- Previous experience in customer service, maintenance, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Physical fitness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
