About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Park Patrol/Maintenance Associate at Shady Acres Cottage & RV Resort in Keene, ON.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform minor maintenance duties, including resetting breakers, minor repairs, and upkeep
  • Ensure washrooms, grounds, and common areas are kept up to standard
  • Monitor and control access to all facilities in the park
  • Welcoming guests and visitors in a friendly and courteous manner
  • Patrolling the property to ensure guidelines and property standards are being followed
  • Responding to customer concerns, complaints, and queries
Requirements
  • Solid customer service and/or maintenance experience in the hospitality, property management, security, or police services, or hotel industry
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, and ability to communicate well even in challenging situations
  • Experience working in Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Physically fit and willing/able to work outdoors in all kinds of weather conditions
  • Available to work flexible work hours (this is an "after hours" position)
  • Ability to work with limited supervision
