About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our team at Chandos. As a Project Coordinator, you will play a critical role in the success of our projects, working closely with our Project Managers and Superintendents to ensure timely and efficient project delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate project documentation, including meeting minutes, Change Orders, and Shop Drawings
  • Set up and maintain project reporting procedures, including cost reports and project status reports
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date logs, track responses, and advise stakeholders
  • Assist in the management of trade contractor site meetings, RFIs, and invoices
  • Manage all project administration activities, including payroll, timekeeping, and safety reporting
Requirements
  • Intermediate Construction Project Coordinator experience
  • Technical diploma in an appropriate construction-related field or equivalent construction experience
  • Heavy Civil experience preferred
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and Adobe or Bluebeam Revu
  • Able to read blueprints, schematics, and field drawings
