Part Time Receptionist Opportunity

AUTOLOANSERVICES.CA is a reputable dealership in Newmarket, Ontario, seeking a skilled and customer-focused individual to fill a Part-Time Receptionist position. As the first point of contact for our valued customers, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional service and ensuring smooth operations during evening and Saturday shifts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet and assist customers upon arrival at the dealership
  • Answer and direct incoming calls in a professional and friendly manner
  • Handle inquiries from customers both in-person and over the phone
  • Maintain a tidy and welcoming reception area
  • Assist with administrative tasks as needed
Requirements:
  • Ideal location within a short commute to Newmarket, Ontario
  • Previous dealership experience is a plus
  • Strong command of the English language, both written and verbal
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in computer applications
Shift Schedule:
  • Monday to Thursday: 5 PM - 8 PM
  • Saturday: 9 AM - 4 PM
  • Additional shifts may be available to cover for the main receptionist during sick days or time off
