Key Responsibilities
  • Utilize fertilizers effectively to enhance crop growth.
  • Employ hoeing techniques for optimal crop maintenance.
  • Ensure cleanliness of crops and work areas.
  • Manage the clearing of brush and debris from fields.
  • Prepare fields by removing wood and stones.
  • Harvest and cut agricultural crops according to standards.
  • Sort fresh produce into marketable and non-marketable categories.
  • Monitor and adjust water, light, and temperature for crop health.
  • Grade fruits and vegetables based on size, shape, and color.
  • Guide the growth of plants for optimal yield.
  • Engage in hand harvesting and seedling collection.
  • Level earth to meet specified grading standards.
  • Oversee the growth of vines and grapes.
  • Mix fertilizers for application.
  • Monitor environmental conditions in barns.
  • Ensure animal health through regular monitoring.
  • Package fruits and vegetables for distribution.
  • Plant, cultivate, and irrigate crops effectively.
  • Remove unwanted growth manually.
  • Conduct weeding activities.
  • Maintain a clean work environment.
  • Apply fertilizers and sprays as needed.
  • Carry out crop harvesting tasks.
Experience Requirements

Ideal candidates will have between 1 to 7 months of relevant experience in agricultural settings.
