Job Summary

Armand-Shel Investment Inc. is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Housekeeping Associate to join our team. As a Housekeeping Associate, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our hotel rooms and public areas.

Responsibilities
  • Cleaning and Maintenance: Sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors, dust furniture, vacuum carpeting, area rugs, draperies, and upholstered furniture.
  • Bed Making and Linen Management: Make beds and change sheets, distribute clean towels and toiletries, and stock linen closets.
  • Elevator and Public Area Cleaning: Clean and disinfect elevators, and maintain the cleanliness of public areas.
  • Guest Services: Attend to guests' requests for extra supplies or other items, and pick up debris and empty trash containers.
  • Security and Safety: Ensure a safe and secure environment for guests and staff by adhering to company policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Work Setting: Hotel, motel, or resort environment.
  • Physical Demands: Fast-paced environment, physically demanding, and requires standing for extended periods.
  • Personal Suitability: Dependability, flexibility, and reliability.
