Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Supply Chain Assistant to join our team at Hunts Healthcare Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting in the coordination of supply chain operations, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of goods and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the coordination of supply chain operations, including inventory management, order processing, and shipping and receiving.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of supply chain activities.
  • Monitor and report on supply chain metrics, including inventory levels, lead times, and shipping costs.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to resolve issues and negotiate contracts.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a related field.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to distinguish between colors and work in a physically demanding environment.
Work Environment

This is a permanent, full-time position with a 40-hour workweek. The work environment is fast-paced and physically demanding. The successful candidate will be required to work in a warehouse setting and may be required to travel to various locations.
