About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Cleaning Services Representative at Mishi Cleaning Services Inc.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cleaning and Maintenance: Ensure that all areas of the facility are clean and well-maintained, including floors, furniture, and fixtures.
  • Housekeeping: Make beds, change sheets, and distribute clean towels and toiletries as needed.
  • Facilities Support: Assist with the maintenance of elevators, cleaning of changing rooms and showers, and other related tasks.
  • Guest Services: Provide basic information to guests, handle lost and found items, and attend to their requests for extra supplies or other items.
  • Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required.
  • Experience: Willingness to train and learn on the job.
  • Language: English is the primary language of communication.
  • Work Schedule: 40 hours per week.
