About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team at Mishi Cleaning Services Inc. as a Cleaning Services Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our facilities, ensuring a safe and healthy environment for our guests and staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Housekeeping: Sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors, dust furniture, vacuum carpeting, area rugs, draperies, and upholstered furniture, make beds, and change sheets.
  • Linens and Amenities: Distribute clean towels and toiletries, stock linen closets.
  • Facilities Maintenance: Clean, disinfect, and polish kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances, disinfect operating rooms and other areas, clean and disinfect elevators.
  • Lost and Found: Handle and report lost and found items.
  • Guest Services: Attend to guests' requests for extra supplies or other items, provide basic information on facilities.
  • Trash and Recycling: Pick up debris and empty trash containers.
  • Special Projects: Wash windows, walls, and ceilings, clean changing rooms and showers.
  • Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns.
