About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cleaning Supervisor to join our team at SAT Cleaning Services LTD. As a Cleaning Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our cleaning team, ensuring that our high standards of cleanliness and customer satisfaction are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Hire and Train Staff: Recruit, train, and develop a team of cleaning staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Supervise and Coordinate Activities: Oversee the daily activities of the cleaning team, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and to a high standard.
  • Inspect Sites and Facilities: Conduct regular site inspections to ensure that our cleaning standards are being met and that our clients are satisfied with the service.
  • Prepare Budgets and Cost Estimates: Develop and manage budgets and cost estimates for cleaning projects, ensuring that we are providing value to our clients.
  • Recommend Additional Services: Identify opportunities to provide additional services to our clients, such as painting, repair work, or renovations.
  • Establish Work Schedules: Create and manage work schedules for the cleaning team, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a supervisory role
  • Language: English
  • Work Hours: 35 hours per week
