Material Handler

We are seeking a highly skilled Material Handler to join our team at Caricum Renovators. As a Material Handler, you will be responsible for loading, unloading, and moving products and materials by hand or with basic material handling equipment.
Key Responsibilities:- Loading and unloading products and materials from trucks, containers, and storage areas.
- Operating a variety of equipment to load, unload, and move materials and products.
- Reading blueprints to determine dimensions of structure or system and material requirements.
- Weighing materials and goods.
- Making labels and attaching them to goods.
- Packing and unpacking goods.
- Storing cargo and materials.
- Transporting and distributing materials and goods.
- Organizing and maintaining inventory.
- Using computerized inventory control systems to organize inventories.
- Visually inspecting products for quality.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a related field.
- Participation in a government or community program or initiative that supports newcomers and/or refugees.
- Offers on-the-job training tailored to youth.
- Up to 13.5 kg (30 lbs) weight handling.
- 35 hours per week, with a focus on efficiency and productivity.
English is the primary language of communication in this role.
