Job Title: Material Handler

We are seeking a skilled Material Handler to join our team at Caricum Renovators. As a Material Handler, you will be responsible for loading, unloading, and moving products and materials by hand or with basic material handling equipment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Loading and unloading products and materials from trucks, containers, and other vehicles
  • Operating a variety of equipment to move materials and products, including forklifts and pallet jacks
  • Reading blueprints to determine dimensions of structures or systems and material requirements
  • Weighing materials and goods to ensure accurate inventory
  • Packing and unpacking goods to ensure safe transportation
  • Storing cargo and materials in a safe and organized manner
  • Transporting and distributing materials and goods to meet customer demands
  • Organizing and maintaining inventory using computerized inventory control systems
  • Inspecting products for quality and damage
Requirements:
  • 2 years of experience in a material handling or warehouse environment
  • Ability to lift up to 13.5 kg (30 lbs) and stand for long periods
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
