Beeryani Indian Bistro & Bar Ltd. is seeking a dedicated Culinary Support Staff member to assist in our kitchen operations. This role is essential for maintaining a clean and efficient workspace while supporting food preparation tasks.
Key Responsibilities- Dishwashing: Operate dishwashers to ensure all dishes, glassware, and utensils are thoroughly cleaned.
- Sanitation: Manually wash and sanitize dishes and kitchen items to uphold hygiene standards.
- Food Preparation: Assist in preparing, heating, and finishing simple food items as directed by the kitchen staff.
- Kitchen Maintenance: Clean and sanitize all kitchen areas, including work surfaces, cupboards, and equipment.
- Inventory Management: Receive, unpack, and organize supplies in designated storage areas, including refrigerators and cupboards.
- Waste Management: Regularly remove kitchen garbage and trash to maintain a tidy environment.
- Floor Care: Sweep, mop, wash, and polish kitchen floors to ensure cleanliness.
- Vegetable and Fruit Preparation: Wash, peel, and cut vegetables and fruits as needed for meal preparation.
This position offers a supportive work setting with relocation costs covered by the employer. Public transportation is readily available for commuting.
Qualifications- Education: No formal degree, certificate, or diploma required.
- Experience: Willingness to learn; training will be provided.
