POSITION OVERVIEW
The Sales Territory Executive is tasked with overseeing a designated sales region while driving market share expansion and fostering customer relationships. This role also encompasses budget management, training of sales personnel, updates to customer relationship management systems, and the preparation of monthly and annual sales projections.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Promote and sell Strongco products;
- Establish and nurture connections with prospective clients through site visits;
- Deliver timely monthly and annual sales projections;
- Collect trade appraisal data;
- Draft preliminary costing documents for new agreements;
- Ensure seamless transaction completion by acting as a liaison with clients;
- Support the preparation of RFQs/RFPs;
- Oversee all expenses related to territory management.
ESSENTIAL SKILLS:
- Proven leadership capabilities with extensive experience in IS and IT hardware and software systems;
- Ability to strategize and execute advanced technological and business solutions while maintaining a focus on profitability;
- Collaborative management approach with strong interpersonal communication skills;
- Driven by goals and objectives;
- Creatively persistent with outstanding listening abilities.
EDUCATION AND TRAINING:
- Post-secondary diploma and/or relevant sales experience;
- Training in finance/lease management;
- Completion of product training programs.
