This role presents an excellent opportunity for both newcomers to the IT field and seasoned professionals looking to advance their careers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Delivering and installing hardware and software at designated locations to ensure seamless operations.
- Providing onsite support to guarantee optimal performance and customer satisfaction.
- Maintaining a high level of accuracy in reporting and equipment management.
Essential Qualifications:
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Completion of a college diploma or university degree in computer science or information technology, or equivalent experience.
- Familiarity with personal computers, printers, and wireless devices.
- Experience with Android 8+ or Apple iOS14+, including a data plan for communication.
- Willingness to work extended hours as needed.
- Physical capability to lift up to 20 lbs.
- Eligibility to work in Canada.
- Clean criminal record.
Preferred Qualifications:
- CompTIA A+ certification.
- Technical expertise in hardware and operating systems, specifically Windows 7 and Windows 10.
- Knowledge of current protocols and standards in technology.
- Aptitude for interpreting technical manuals and documentation.
- Ability to create and understand technical documentation for training purposes.
- Access to a personal vehicle for travel between job sites.
