Key Responsibilities:

  • Delivering and installing hardware and software at designated locations to ensure seamless operations.
  • Providing onsite support to guarantee optimal performance and customer satisfaction.
  • Maintaining a high level of accuracy in reporting and equipment management.

Essential Qualifications:

  1. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  2. Completion of a college diploma or university degree in computer science or information technology, or equivalent experience.
  3. Familiarity with personal computers, printers, and wireless devices.
  4. Experience with Android 8+ or Apple iOS14+, including a data plan for communication.
  5. Willingness to work extended hours as needed.
  6. Physical capability to lift up to 20 lbs.
  7. Eligibility to work in Canada.
  8. Clean criminal record.

Preferred Qualifications:

  1. CompTIA A+ certification.
  2. Technical expertise in hardware and operating systems, specifically Windows 7 and Windows 10.
  3. Knowledge of current protocols and standards in technology.
  4. Aptitude for interpreting technical manuals and documentation.
  5. Ability to create and understand technical documentation for training purposes.
  6. Access to a personal vehicle for travel between job sites.
