Join Our Team as an IT Field Technician

We are seeking talented individuals to join our team as IT Field Technicians. As a key member of our team, you will provide onsite hardware and application support at voting locations, ensuring optimal performance and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Replace, deliver, install, and test hardware and software to ensure peak technology performance.
  • Provide excellent communication skills and maintain accurate records of equipment installation and removal.
  • Work extended hours as required and lift up to 20 lbs.
  • Eligible to work in Canada and have a clean criminal record.
Requirements:
  • College diploma or university degree in computer science and/or information technologies or 1-year equivalent work experience.
  • Familiarity with personal computers, printers, wireless connectivity devices, and Android 8+ or Apple iOS14+.
  • CompTIA A+ certifications and technical knowledge of hardware and Windows 7, Windows 10 operating systems are a plus.
