Position Overview:
This is a full-time position dedicated to general maintenance of residential units. Key responsibilities include:
- Assisting with daily maintenance tasks at the property
- Overseeing the upkeep of the building's exterior, including landscaping and snow removal as required
- Identifying and resolving basic plumbing, heating, and electrical issues
- Evaluating and repairing the interior of the building, including mechanical systems and pool facilities
- Performing painting, drywall repairs, and general maintenance on appliances
- Managing turnover maintenance for rental units and adhering to timelines
- Ensuring compliance with safety protocols to mitigate risks of injury
Qualifications:
- Excellent customer service abilities and a proactive mindset
- A minimum of one year of experience in maintenance or a related discipline
- Proficiency in appliance repair, carpentry, plumbing, and electrical tasks
- Willingness to be available for on-call responsibilities and weekend shifts
- Possession of a valid driver's license and dependable transportation
- Successful completion of pre-employment physical assessments
Work Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
This role necessitates a clear criminal background check.
