Job Title: Janitor

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Janitor to join our team at E&M Maintenance Services LTD. As a Janitor, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe environment for our clients and staff.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Cleaning and Maintenance: Sweep, mop, scrub and wax hallways, floors and stairs, empty trash cans and other waste containers, wash windows, interior walls and ceilings, and perform other routine maintenance jobs such as painting and drywall repair.
  • Facilities Maintenance: Make adjustments and minor repairs to heating, cooling, ventilation, plumbing and electrical systems, and contact tradespersons for major repairs.
  • Sanitation and Hygiene: Clean and disinfect bathrooms and fixtures, and work with minimal supervision.
  • Seasonal Tasks: Clean snow and ice from walkways and parking areas.
