Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Assistant General Manager to join our leadership team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the team in creating memorable dining experiences for our guests, directing day-to-day operations, and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the team in achieving excellent guest experiences and maintaining a welcoming and clean atmosphere
- Direct the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including inventory management, scheduling, and administrative tasks
- Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth and improve profitability
- Collaborate with the leadership team to ensure high-quality food and guest experiences
- Recruit, train, and develop new and current employees to achieve their full potential
Requirements
- Proven track record of success in leadership roles, preferably in the hospitality industry
- Excellent listening and communication skills
