Key Responsibilities- Client Service: Provide prompt and effective problem resolution, and identify enhancement opportunities during client service interactions.
- Product Knowledge: Demonstrate an in-depth understanding of our products and services, and provide needed information or direct clients to the appropriate source.
- Initiative Coordination: Coordinate and execute specific activities for the implementation of strategic initiatives, including tracking metrics and milestones.
- Data Analysis: Gather and format data into regular and ad-hoc reports, and dashboards.
- Enhancement Identification: Explore and identify enhancements and cross-sell opportunities, and bring these opportunities to the appropriate line of business contact.
- Client Advocacy: Actively listen to clients' concerns and diagnose clients' service needs, and facilitate timely problem-resolution.
- Communication: Respond to client concerns in a professional manner, and convey ownership, competence, and respect for the client relationship.
- Documentation: Accurately document client requests using our tracking systems.
- Gap Analysis: Facilitate action to close gaps between client expectations and client experiences in the performance of our Bank and its products.
- Follow-up: Apply consistent and timely follow-ups to demonstrate a commitment to customer satisfaction and high standards of responsiveness.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver on business objectives.
- Task Execution: Execute work to deliver timely, accurate, and efficient service.
- Complex Task Management: Complete complex and diverse tasks within given rules/limits, and may include handling escalations from other employees.
- Issue Analysis: Analyze issues and determine next steps.
- Experience: Typically between 2-3 years of relevant experience and a post-secondary degree in a related field of study, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Credit Qualifications: If a Credit Qualifiable job, Credit Qualifications and associated credit knowledge and skills according to the established qualification standards.
- Specialized Knowledge: Specialized knowledge.
- Communication Skills: Verbal and written communication skills - Good.
- Organization Skills: Organization skills - Good.

The salary range for this position is $35,700.00 - $66,100.00, and is a salaried position. Salaries will vary based on factors such as location, skills, experience, education, and qualifications for the role, and may include a commission structure. Salaries for part-time roles will be pro-rated based on the number of hours regularly worked. For commission roles, the salary listed above represents BMO's expected target for the first year in this position.
BMO's total compensation package will vary based on the pay type of the position and may include performance-based incentives, discretionary bonuses, as well as other perks and rewards.
