**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Summer Student. As a Summer Student, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in public accounting and develop your skills in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Assist in the completion of assurance engagements for various clients, including performing audit procedures and reviewing client information.
  • Prepare query lists for managers and assist with the completion of personal and corporate income tax returns.
  • Develop and maintain client files in a paperless environment.
  • Perform basic analysis on client files as directed by management.
  • Contribute to the growth and development of the firm's knowledge and professional skill set.

**Requirements**

  • Currently pursuing a post-secondary education in Accounting or Business Administration.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact with individuals at all levels.
  • Strong attention to detail and a willingness to learn and develop.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and in a team setting.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office, particularly MS Excel.
