Food Service Team Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Tacotime. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchen and dining areas.
Key Responsibilities- Establish and implement efficient work schedules to meet the demands of our busy restaurant.
- Requisition food and kitchen supplies to maintain high-quality standards.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of our food preparation staff, providing guidance and training as needed.
- Ensure that all food and service meet our quality control standards, maintaining a clean and safe environment for our customers.
- Prepare and submit reports on sales, stock, and other key performance indicators.
- Collaborate with our chef to prepare food order summaries and ensure seamless kitchen operations.
- Supervise the assembly and delivery of food trays and trolleys, maintaining high standards of presentation and service.
- Establish and maintain effective relationships with our customers, addressing their concerns and feedback in a professional manner.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service environment.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures.
