About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Office Administrative Assistant to join our Immigration Department at HR Immigration Inc. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to our team, ensuring the smooth operation of our immigration services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to the Immigration Department, including preparing and maintaining records, files, and databases.
  • Communication: Respond to incoming inquiries, relay messages, and provide information to clients and stakeholders.
  • Document Preparation: Prepare and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents as required.
  • Information Management: Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Task Management: Assist in the preparation of minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences, and compile data, statistics, and other information as required.
Work Environment

The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines, requiring strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
