About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team at 9193065 Canada Inc. as a key member of our administrative staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to our team, including preparing and editing documents, managing files, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Office Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of our office, including coordinating travel arrangements, managing supplies, and ensuring a smooth workflow.
  • Communication: Serve as a liaison between our team and external stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and government agencies.
  • Policy Administration: Assist in the development and implementation of policies and procedures related to record management and access to information.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and analyze reports on office operations, including budgetary and inventory controls.
  • Supervision: Supervise a team of 3-4 administrative staff members, providing guidance and support to ensure the successful completion of tasks and projects.
Requirements
  • Education: College or CEGEP diploma.
  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
  • Computer Skills: Proficient in MS Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Security Clearance: Basic security clearance required.
Work Environment

Our office is located in an urban area, with public transportation available. The work environment is fast-paced, with a large workload and tight deadlines.
