About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at A&W Morinville. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our food service operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision
    • Supervise and coordinate the activities of kitchen staff, ensuring that food is prepared and served to the highest standards.
    • Train and develop staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
  • Food Preparation and Quality Control
    • Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation.
    • Ensure that food meets quality control standards.
  • Administrative Tasks
    • Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
    • Prepare and submit reports.
  • Customer Service
    • Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service environment.
  • Work Environment
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
    • Exposure to odours.
  • Work Setting
    • Food service establishment.
