About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at A&W Morinville. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service establishment, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our food meets the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision
    • Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food
    • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
    • Establish methods to meet work schedules and ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
  • Inventory and Supply Management
    • Requisition food and kitchen supplies
    • Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
  • Customer Service
    • Address customers' complaints or concerns
  • Reporting and Administration
    • Prepare and submit reports
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Work Experience
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service establishment
  • Work Environment
    • Standing for extended periods
    • Bending, crouching, kneeling
