Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver a warm and professional greeting to guests, both in person and via phone, even during peak hours.
  • Communicate effectively with Servers, Bartenders, and Management to ensure a seamless flow of service.
  • Escort guests to their tables promptly and courteously.
  • Demonstrate attention to detail by accurately managing reservations and guest inquiries.
  • Maintain a pristine front entrance and host stand, ensuring it is well-stocked and free of clutter.
  • Quickly familiarize yourself with table layouts and maintain awareness of dining sections.
  • Perform additional duties as required to support the team.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to remain composed in a fast-paced environment.
  • Capacity to multitask while maintaining a sense of urgency.
  • Full availability to meet the needs of the restaurant.
