Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at CITY SOUTH PIZZA in Niagara Falls. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our food service department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish efficient work schedules to meet customer demand
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of food preparation staff, ensuring high-quality dishes are prepared and presented to our customers
  • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to maintain a clean and safe working environment
  • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
  • Prepare food order summaries for our chef to ensure accurate and timely food preparation
  • Supervise and check the assembly of trays and delivery of food trolleys to ensure our customers receive their orders promptly
  • Establish work schedules to ensure adequate staffing levels during peak periods
Requirements
  • 3-4 years of experience in a supervisory role in the food service industry
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Permanent employment with a minimum of 35 to 40 hours per week
  • Fluency in English
