About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Accounting Clerk to join our team at Holland Motor Hotel. As an Accounting Clerk, you will play a critical role in maintaining the financial integrity of our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including ledgers, journals, and other financial documents.
  • Accounting and Bookkeeping: Prepare and reconcile financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Payroll and Benefits: Calculate and prepare cheques for payroll, as well as maintain accurate records of employee benefits.
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare and present financial reports to management, including statistical, financial, and accounting reports.
  • Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and laws, and identify and mitigate potential financial risks.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
