Job Title: Bookkeeper

Hollander Motor Hotel is seeking a detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join our team. As a Bookkeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing cheques for payroll, and ensuring the accuracy of financial statements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Financial Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including ledgers and general journals.
  • Payroll Administration: Prepare cheques for payroll and ensure timely payment to employees.
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare financial statements, including balance sheets and income statements.
  • Accounting Tasks: Perform various accounting tasks, including reconciliations and journal entries.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in bookkeeping or a related field.
Work Environment:

Hollander Motor Hotel is a dynamic and fast-paced environment. As a Bookkeeper, you will work closely with our accounting team to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of financial records.

English.

Hours:

35 hours per week.
