About the Role:

We are seeking a Senior Director, Asset Management to lead the evolution and extensibility of our platform, driving the creation and development of products, services, and experiences that deliver meaningful customer value.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define the product vision and strategy for platform services, working closely with cross-functional partners.
  • Lead the end-to-end creation and development of products, services, and experiences that deliver customer value.
  • Build and lead high-performing teams of product managers, aligned to outcomes and metrics.
  • Foster a culture of speed, candor, curiosity, and experimentation.
  • Operate in a matrix environment, communicating with senior stakeholders and establishing frameworks for assessing trade-offs.
  • Build relationships with partners and stakeholders, and contribute to large, cross-functional teams solving complex problems.
