Responsibilities:
  • Design industrial baking machinery to meet customer specifications and engineering standards
  • Contribute innovative ideas to the design process
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations
  • Collaborate with team members to optimize equipment designs
  • Troubleshoot and provide support for manufacturing processes
  • Oversee the progress of projects and mentor junior staff members
Qualifications:
  • 5-8+ years of mechanical engineering experience
  • Degree in Engineering Technician or higher
  • Proficiency in 3D modeling software and AutoCAD
  • Strong problem-solving skills and technical acumen
  • Experience in Lean principles and cost estimation
  • Ability to lead and mentor others
  • Detail-oriented with excellent interpersonal skills
