Job Overview

MALWA STAR CONSTRUCTION LTD is seeking dedicated individuals for the role of Construction Laborer. This position involves various tasks that support the construction process and ensure project efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Material Handling: Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from job sites.
  • Material Preparation: Mix, pour, and spread materials such as concrete and asphalt as required.
  • Assistance in Construction: Aid in framing structures, erecting walls, and constructing roofs.
  • Demolition Support: Assist in the safe demolition of buildings.
  • Site Maintenance: Clean and organize salvaged materials and remove rubble and debris from construction sites.
  • Routine Maintenance: Perform general maintenance tasks as needed.
Work Environment

This role requires the ability to work under pressure and engage in physically demanding tasks, including repetitive activities. Overtime may be necessary to meet project deadlines.
